You do not need to be home; we only ask that you remove everything off of the front porch and wherever we are cleaning. Please make sure if you have a fence, to make sure it is unlocked so we can have access all parts of your house. Lastly, please make sure that all the windows are shut. We have arrived at homes before and could not pressure wash because someone left a window open!

If it is a light drizzle or haze, we can wash your house with no problems. If it rains any harder then, we will have to reschedule.

We recommend that you cover delicate flowers such as roses, immature plants, and vegetables, just in case. Our cleaners are very safe but may dehydrate young plants for a few days. We also take the extra step to rinse off all vegetation around the perimeter of your home.
