We can clean almost any type of dirt and grime from a building and the surrounding landscape, but we specialize in; Exterior cleaning (walls and windows), removing gum and dirt from concrete walkways and sitting areas, cleaning your parking lots, removing mold and bird droppings from roofs, and cleaning gutters.

It depends on what you are asking us to do and the size of the building. If you are a storefront that needs their windows and doors cleaned, it will usually take less than an hour. If you have a multi-story building that needs to be completely cleaned along with all walkways and parking lots? Well, that could take days. Your Superior Shine representative will be able to give you a solid estimate when you meet with them.

Absolutely! We only use products that are safe for you, safe for your property, and safe for the environment. We always make sure that when we leave your worksite that any residue is removed or washed away.

It’s best to schedule as soon as you have it on your mind. This way you can plan ahead while knowing exactly when and for how long we will be working onsite. Contacting us a few weeks or a month in advance means that you will most likely be able to pick a time period that works best for you.
